Protecting your privacy and Personal Information is incredibly important to the Eastern Cape Gambling Board (“ECGB”). For purposes of this statement, “Personal Information” has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1 of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”).
