HR Committee

The Human Resources & Remuneration Committee is established in terms of section 14 of the Gambling and Betting Act, No.5 of 2997 (Eastern Cape) (“the Act”).  The purpose of the Committee is to:

  • Advise and recommend to the Board on Human Resources related including but not limited to the Organisational Structure and Skills and Development, Policies and Practice;
  • To ensure that the Chief Executive Officer, Senior Managers and the Staff of the Board receive reasonable and fair rewards for their individual and combined contributions to the overall performance of the Board; and
  • Recommend to the Board on the remuneration of members of the Board.
